Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority.  All our items are shipped from our international warehouse according to our shipping policy and therefore we only offer refunds and credits and not exchanges.  All refunds will remain at the discretion of Blush Boutiq.  Please take note that shipping/delivery cost can unfortunately not be refunded or credited as this is costs that can not be reimbursed to us by the Courier company.

  • Item(s) must be returned within 7 days after receiving your parcel.  If you need to exchange an item that’s either to big or to small for a different size, you need to inform us within 24 hours and you need to return the original item, in its original state to us.  Please take note that delivery cost can unfortunately not be refunded or credited as this is costs that can not be reimbursed to us by the Courier company.
  • You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us. We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchase and feel free to reach out to us with any questions or sizing or styling at blushboutiq@outlook.com.
  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused. NO returns on swimwear due to hygienic reasons.
  • All items must be returned in its original packaging
  • Gift cards, sale, and clearance items are not eligible for a refund
  • The purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded or credited to you once we have received the returned item/s back and confirmed that it meets conditions above, so make sure you post it back to us in good time.
  • A 10% handling fee will be deducted on all refunds over R1000
  • If you choose a credit you will receive an email with a DISCOUNT CODE which you can then use with your next purchase
  • If you ordered the incorrect size and you would like a different size  you will have to place a new order on our online store and use your DISCOUNT CODE emailed to you.
  • You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us
  • Parcels can be sent back to us via courier to 36 Wenning Street, Golfview 10 Vanderbijlpark .

PLEASE TAKE NOTE

  • If Blush Boutiq is responsible for sending damaged items or items in the incorrect size ordered by the client, pick up and return delivery costs are covered by us as per our return policy.
  • Very important! Please order the SA size you normally wear!

Payments

Payments are hosted by Payfast and is a third party payment gateway. Payments are secure and encrypted and all major credit and debit cards are accepted. Payments also available from Payfast include instant EFT

We also offer  EFT directly to our bank account as a second payments option.

Delivery

  • Delivery by Blush Boutiq offered via door to door courier.
  • All orders will be processed after payment is cleared.
  • All Clothing delivery is from our INTERNATIONAL warehouse. Delivery will take anywhere from 7-14 working days (Weekends and public holidays excluded).
  • In some cases, due to the nature of the online store, overselling may occur and the item may be out of stock.  We will send you an email and you can choose another item of the same value or ask for a credit/refund
  • Please take note on rare occasions there may be a slight delay due to custom clearance or warehouse delays.  Delivery time does not include processing time. If the intenational consighnment is delayed by customs, it might take longer, sometimes up to 2 months. We do not have a lot of control over these matters as the legislation is implemented by the shipping companies that our suppliers use.
  • Customer satisfaction is our top priority.  If your parcel gets lost or doesn’t get delivered within 20 working days, a refund can be requested.  Unfortunately shipping cost CAN NOT be refunded.
  • Blush Boutiq takes no responsibility for returned packages with incorrectly provided addresses. Should a package return – customer can opt for a refund less delivery fee, or to pay an additional delivery fee for a re-delivery.
  • Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
  • Delivery go out Monday through Friday, not including public holidays.
  • Orders with incorrect billing information, or requiring additional verification, will be delayed.
  • In the case of returned delivery, the customer is responsible for any and all additional  fees incurred for delivery.
